- Vin Costello
Vin Costello VP & General Manager, Americas Vin Costello directs all Sales, Marketing and Support operations in the Americas.
He brings to Allot more than 20 years of experience within sales, marketing and operations at top tier telecommunication carriers in the United States. Prior to Allot, Costello assumed management positions of increasing responsibility at NYNEX Corporation including Vice President Business Network Solutions and Vice President Global Sales. After the NYNEX merger with Bell Atlantic, he was appointed President & CEO of Bell Atlantic Network Integration, where he grew the unit to exceed $300M in annual revenues with 1200 employees located throughout the United States.
After Bell Atlantic, Costello served as VP Sales at Corvis Corporation, an optical networking start-up, where he was instrumental in penetrating telco accounts and driving over $200M in sales. He was subsequently named Vice President and General Manager of Managed Storage Services when Corvis acquired Broadwing. Open
- Amir Hochbaum
Amir Hochbaum VP R&D Amir Hochbaum joined Allot in 2008 as VP Research & Development, bringing with him over 20 years of experience of managing some of the most successful multi-disciplinary R&D teams in the international high-tech arena. Prior to joining Allot, Hochbaum served as COO of Axerra, an international leader in circuit emulation and service emulation solutions. Before Axerra, he was Senior Vice President of R&D at Vyyo, a leading provider of extended bandwidth solutions for HFC network operators. This followed an 11-year tenure at Avaya where he held various managerial and executive positions including VP R&D and General Manager. Hochbaum holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. with honors in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Open

Moriah has over 25 years of experience managing high-tech businesses and technology products. Prior to Allot, he was a founding member of Daisy System's Design Center, manager of software development at Orbot Instruments, and VP R&D and acting General Manager at ACA. Open

Pini Gvili VP Operations
Pini Gvili is responsible for Allot’s global operations including the manufacturing, testing, fulfillment and shipping of thousands of products each year. Gvili has extensive experience in manufacturing operations (from the prototype level to mass production), coordination of cross functional teams through the whole product lifecycle process, and in the planning and execution of budgets and cost reduction activities to decrease COGS and personnel overhead. Prior to Allot, Gvili was VP Operations for a start-up company specializing in solutions for cellular network optimization. He also served as VP Operations and IT at Terayon Communication Systems, a broadband access company, and as Manager of Integration and Final Testing at Telegate, a developer of communications systems for cable operators.
