Mr. Weiss is a partner and CFO at L Capital Partners and responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the fund’s operations. Mr. Frendo serves as senior vice president of architecture for Infinera, where he leads the architecture team responsible for all aspects of systems and optical architecture within the company. Prior to this role, Mr. Frendo held a series of senior general management  architectural and engineering roles at leading companies including Cisco Systems, Juniper Networks, McDATA Corporation (now Brocade), and Avaya.  He played leading roles in product strategy, direction, and engineering at these companies. While at Cisco, he played a significant role in the company’s decision and execution of its strategic focus on Internet Protocol technologies, including IP voice and IP video.
