Peter Fante is a Corporate Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of Verint® Systems Inc. Mr. Fante has more than 10 years of experience representing public and private technology companies, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities transactions. Before joining Verint, he worked as an associate attorney at various global law firms including Shearman & Sterling, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Mr. Fante holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in Manhattan, where he was the articles editor of the Cardozo Law Review, and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany.
