Involvement: ONPATH as of 10/2011

Mr. Weiss is a partner and CFO at L Capital Partners and responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the fund’s operations. Mr. Weiss provides support for individual deals and works closely with the portfolio companies’ management. Prior to joining L Capital Partners, Mr. Weiss was the CFO of Shalom Equity Fund, and prior to that served as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Mantero USA. He was also a senior auditor in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s international department.

Mr. Weiss serves as a member of the Boards and Audit Committees of Aquarius Technologies Inc., Simparel Inc., WiSpry Inc. and Proxy Aviation Systems Inc. Mr. Weiss also serves on the Boards of the Jewish Institute for National Security Affaire (JINSA) in Washington, DC and of the American Friends of Beit Issie Shapiro, an organization that provides services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. Mr. Weiss holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting and economics from Queens College.
