Greg Oslan, Chief Executive Officer

Greg Oslan is the chief executive officer of Narus, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company operating within Information Solutions (IS), a division of Network and Space Systems. Narus is a software company that through its real-time traffic intelligence and analytics technologies enables customers to protect and manage their networks. Oslan also serves as acting vice president and general manager of Information Solutions’ Cyber Solutions group.

Oslan has a history of executive and managerial success, including the sale of Narus to The Boeing Company. He also has a strong background in raising capital and consulting for growth companies. Prior to joining Narus, Oslan was president and chief executive officer for Wireless Online, a provider of smart antenna solutions to the wireless industry. Earlier, he served as president and chief operating officer for CNET, Inc., a wireless operational support system company, where he effectively executed a turnaround strategy and acquisition. During his 10 years with Ameritech Corporation, Oslan was the director of Wireless Data Marketing and director of Business Development for Ameritech Mobile Communications and held other management roles within the Ameritech Bell Group. He began his career with AT&T.

Oslan has been consultant to many companies over the years, successfully leading several through capital raising, restructuring, and divestitures. He also started an early stage venture capital fund in Dallas in 1998. Oslan serves on multiple boards including the Indiana University School of Entrepreneurship. He also serves and advises on numerous government technology committees and boards in the area of cyber security and networking. Oslan holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelors degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Indiana University.
